After hours check in procedure: Please refer to after hours management phone number on the main entrance doors for further details on key pick up.Please note the following conditions apply for all bookings traveling over the school leavers period: - Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years.- For minors under 18 years of age traveling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting responsibility for any damages.- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.- A non-refundable security fee of AUD 100.00 per person will be required upon check-in.- A bond of 300.00 per person will be required on check in.- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules & terms and conditions on arrival.
